All arrangements are made subject to the following conditions and the signature of the person on the booking form confirms that he or she accepts and agrees to be bound by these conditions.

Contract
The contract shall be between the Client and the Owners.

Amenities
The use of amenities is entirely at the user's risk and no responsibility can be accepted for injury and loss or damage to users or visitors' belongings.

Personal Belongings
Baggage and personal belongings are at the clients risk at all times.

Motor Vehicles
No responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage to any vehicle or its belongings. Although there is no speed limit enforceable on site, we ask that you drive carefully and at a suitably slow speed.

Party Size
In no circumstances may more than the numbers of persons, as stated on the booking form, occupy a property except by prior arrangement with the Owners. Visitors to site are welcome with the express permission of the Owners and will be the responsibility of the Client. Cars belonging to visitors are to be parked in the designated area. To ensure the undisturbed peace and quiet of residents all peddling of goods or services, begging or collecting of money, distribution of leaflets, papers or samples, any sale, or collecting of signatures for petitions is strictly prohibited.

Pets
Dogs are allowed in the campsite. They must be kept on a lead at all times and all mess cleaned up. They must be registered with the owners and paid for. Up-to-date vaccination records and compulsory rabies vaccination are obligatory and records shown. Any issues resulting from their behaviour are the Client's responsibility. They are not allowed in the sanitation block. Dogs should be taken outside the campsite for walking and other natural necessities. If they make a mess inside the campsite, this must be cleaned up immediately by the Client. Dogs must not be left in the campsite alone, even if they are closed in, and the absence of their owners is a default in their civic responsibility. Any form of guard dogs or other attack breeds are completely forbidden on the site.

Maintenance
There is a no-smoking policy in force in all communal areas of the campsite. Where smoking is permissible, all wrappings and cigarette butts must be disposed of appropriately and certainly not left on the ground. Disposing of used water on the ground is not allowed. Used water is to be emptied into the appropriate receptacle provided by the campsite for this purpose. Household waste, or waste of any kind including paper, should be placed in the bins situated at the designated area. For recycling, there are relevant containers also. It is strictly prohibited to flush away nappies, sanitary towels, newspaper or any material that may block the pipes. It is prohibited to hammer nails into trees, cut branches, or plant anything. Hanging out laundry is allowed on the rotary line provided. It must never be hung from trees.

Alterations & Cancellations by the Owner
Though it is unlikely that any changes will have to be made to confirmation arrangements, it can happen and you will be advised at the earliest possible date. If for any reason beyond the Owner’s control they are unable to provide you with the accommodation you have booked, the Owners reserve the right to cancel the booking and refund the amount paid to them.

Complaints
Complaints and suggestions are to be addressed to the Owners. They should be as detailed as possible and concerning relatively recent incidents.

Initial Payment
Initial contact shall be made by the client via the “enquiry form”. The owners will reply with a provisional booking form, invoice (showing deposit required) and copy of the Terms & Conditions. Provisional bookings will be held for 10 working days and will only become confirmed with the payment of the non-refundable deposit together with the return of the signed Booking Form.

Balance Payment
The outstanding balance is payable to the Owners 4 weeks prior to arrival. In default of the receipt of the balance the Owners reserve the right to cancel the booking. The initial deposit is non-refundable. We particularly recommend that the Hirer take out a suitable holiday insurance & cancellation policy. Tourist tax will be included in this payment.

There are no alteration charges.

Arrival/Departure Times
The mobile home rental commences at 3pm on the day of arrival, and terminates at 11am on the day of departure. Please respect these times in order to allow for thorough cleaning of your accommodation for incoming guests. Should the Client not arrive on the agreed date, the Owner will retain all payments received and reserves the right to re-let the accommodation.

Breakages/Final Cleaning
The Owners appreciate that breakages can and do happen. We trust that you and your party will treat the holiday home with respect and inform us immediately of any breakages or accidents. The Owners reserve the right to charge for breakages if they have not been made aware of them and asks that the mobile home is left, as far as possible, in a tidy condition.

Pets
Pets are NOT permitted in the mobile home.
